am update

just got back from my morning visit with acacia

she still looks terrible, but in a couple of hours

she's scheduled to have the procedure to remove her from the lung by-pass machine

this is a big monster of a machine and she has had a huge tube in her neck

well, thank god, that's coming out soon!

and then later

they are gonna take the breathing tube out of her mouth and give her a

tracheostomy, where they put the breathing tube directly into her throat

that should be much better for many reasons

so, a big day ahead

pray all goes well, and i'll report later in the day.
